California Community Colleges expand LightLeapAI access to all 116 colleges
A statewide answer to fraudulent enrollment
Effective July 1, 2025, the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office — through the Foundation for California Community Colleges' CollegeBuys program and the new Digital Center for Innovation, Transformation, and Equity — began subsidizing the majority of LightLeapAI subscription fees for all 116 community colleges in the state.
Under the shared-responsibility model, individual districts contribute only $3,000 per college, ensuring that institutions of every size and resource level can deploy AI-powered fraud detection across applications, course registrations, and financial aid workflows. LightLeapAI is deployable within one to two weeks and requires no additional hardware or dedicated IT staff.
N2N Services is supporting early-adopting districts through the transition to the new funding model.
